Civica Identity Management provides a self-service approach for single sign on for Civica products and their customers using Microsoft's Azure Active Directory B2C . A website allows Civica employees to create and manage deployments of B2C for individual customers, while an API provides Civica products the functionality to invite and manage the Customer's Users in the B2C.
